What is or was your greatest weight loss story?

I am 5'3" at 135 lbs. I want to lose 10-20lbs. I would like to know who has been successful with their weight loss goals.
Please tell your starting weight, describe your exercise regimen, what you ate, and your ending weight. And most importantly, if you maintained it, give or take 5-10lbs.

5.8 was 185lbs now at 150lbs exercised 3-4 times a week(around 500 calories burned per work out) ate healthy 1200 cals a day,lost it in 2 months and a half, havent exercised its been a month due to exams and work during vacation, planning to go back in a week….havent gained anything even with my moms amazing cooking over the holidays. forget lbs its how you look and feel thats important. a very thin girl came up to me and said i wish i had ur body she thaught i was 130 lbs…its how you carry yourself!

I am on a diet right now and I am 4feet 11 inch tall 16 years old and I use to weight like 111 and I went on a low calorie diet and when I am hungry I just eat some fruits for snacks and now I weigh in about 100 pounds after about 2 weeks

I lost 130 #. It took 26 years to do it.
The amazing part of it was I lost all 130 # on October 13, 2005.
My divorce became final.
