That is amazing , it;s the drive that takes control the WANT that feeling I feel that once people actually start getting that ball rolling like running and eating right they too can achieve their goal but you have to WANT to :) You are one of my top favorites you inspire people that it is possible but people need to get that ball rolling first :) Great video and congrats again girlee :)

just a tip for you, try walking and then running as hard as you can and then go back to walking. interval training is the best way to lose weight as opposed to just walking or just running. it’s also really good for your heart and burns WAAAAAY more calories.

You look amazing and beautiful (before and after)!! Please tell me what you’re doing to lose weight…I’ve tried south beach, eat for your blood type, low fat, etc. I’ve been walking (vigorously, to the point that I might as well jog) 2 miles every day but I’m not seeing a difference. I won’t stop walking, but I have to find an eating plan that will work for me. Since south beach I’ve been able to keep off 15 lbs of my initial loss. I thank God for that 15 lb loss, but I gotta lose more!!
