One thing that has really helped me over the past few months is that I learned to ignore fat on certain foods. Especially meats and cheeses. Keep the carbs down, and the sodium somewhat low. Stay away from breads and potatoes. And you can have carbs later in the day to lower your temp and get better rest. It REALLY helps your energy level AND mood. You are smart but I’m guessing you have been overdoing it so your body wants to store fat? I know I have done that too but just EAT!

Look at it this way: you’ve done things consistently the right way. You ate thousands of empty calories and you’ve only gained a few pounds. You’ve programmed your body to handle food well. Once things fall back into place, your weight will stabilize.

Your skinny and beautiful! You have obviously made headway in your diet. Where is this really going ( your videos). The next goal I think would be to increase your muscle weight. Just weighing in and focusing on losing for the rest of your life would prove to be just another problem.
