No it’s not, it’s horrible and dangerous! You have to eat to get your metabolism going. If you only eat once or twice a day, you will have a low metabolism and all that will do for you is make you tired and cranky. Eat 4-5 times a day, small meals, high protein and low carbs and WORKOUT

I’m 5′ 3″ ,145 lbs, 16 yrs old, and people say I need to lose weight. I don’t know what to do…I used to swim 3 hrs a day, 5 days a week and I still gained weight and my clothes size increased. I dunno if its healthy for me to attempt to lose weight. S.O.S

Diet soda is full of asperatame, which gives you cancer. It also makes you gain weight, because \it makes you addicted to it.
Words of advice: don’t drink diet soda.

i always eat 3 meals a day but that doesnt do it for me…
i think i can totally do the 4 meals instead and break each of them down into 300 cal meals
that’s only 1200 calories… not bad
