This is my first time watching, and I’m impressed. Good information, straight up and honest, along with a good presentation.

I’m one of those ‘bad’ sleepers. It takes melatonin each night and at least 3 miles on the tread (and maybe a swim, too) to exhaust myself to the point where I can actually sleep each night at a normal rate. Even then, I have the “chatterbrain” issue that keeps me up, even when I’m exhausted. No idea it could be a progesterone issue.

Subscribed! Thanks!

Saliva is superior to blood for this type of hormone testing. Get an adrenal stress profile done by BioHealth Diagnostics. It’s cheap and offers a ton of useful information. Sean offers this test.

What is a good multi vitamin/mineral to take?

This explains so much; I’ve had insomnia for years, and it co-incides with some medical issues I’ve been having–some of which could be considered an infection. The next time I have blood drawn, I’m going to ask for my hormone levels to be checked.

Isn’t Cortisol an aging hormone? I thought that Serotonin is what was running through my veins in the morning. Cortisol (I thought) chimes in through high stress levels like working out at extreme lengths. If one is having night sweats and they are 40, what is a good way to tell if the night sweats are parasites or just the change of life? I am afraid of doing a cleanse, Lord knows what lurks within.

Melanin is related to Melatonin, seeing as Melantonin is a created from the pineal gland along with Seratonin.

Which are the some of the ingredients of melanin.

Excellent vid once again! Did you ever address WHY the adrenals would be exhausted? What about post menopausal women…how would the lower progesterone affect them? Or would it? What is the best way to increase progesterone naturally? What causes low melatonin levels? Lack of gut flora? Continued below….

Continued from Part 1 …. What other ‘infections’ besides parasites and gum disease would cause the immune system to kick in at night? What about wakeing up without sweats? High nighttime cortisol means a release of blood sugar which means a release of insulin which can cause insulin resistance? INCREDIBLE. Insulin resistance means fat storage, low progesterone and low growth hormone? What IS the solution? KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.

Sean or Shawn? Keep up the great work your videos are SO INSIGHTFUL! I love it. I wish my mom would watch all of these, one of these days I will force her.

Have you or are you planning on making a video on parasite and/or intestinal wall mucus removal?
