Can someone help……I am 5′1 and about 116 lbs I am going to the beach in about 9 days. My goal is 110. I excersise everyday and eat healthy. my waist is 27. Hips are 32. Goal25/30. Is this possible in 9 days. Any tips for getting to 110 quickly. Also any tips for how to get your stomach super toned/flat. Thank you so much.

Is it pricey to go on the Jenny Craig? I know of some people really losing but, if it’s too expensive I rather do it myself somehow
